Tour Description

This half-day sandboarding trip from Agadir takes you through the basics of sandboarding, from learning how to stand up and gain balance to cruising down the dunes at high speeds that will get your adrenaline flowing! Don’t worry if you have no previous experience with snowboarding or other board sports—our guides will show you everything you need to know to ensure you have an awesome day out on the dunes!
Upon arrival at the Atlantic Sand Dunes, just a 1-hour drive from Agadir, you will receive a safety briefing before learning the basics of sandboarding. Then, the fun begins—cruising and carving at speed down the sand dunes!
After the sandboarding experience, you will get a chance to enjoy a delightful cup of mint tea (typically made with green tea and fresh mint, sweetened and served in ornate glasses) in a local Moroccan café in the Banana Village.

What To Expect

Stage 1: Pick up

➊ Pick up from your hotel or hostel in Agadir. Our driver will ensure a smooth and comfortable start to your adventure.

Stage 2: Drive to Banana Village

➋ Enjoy a scenic 1-hour drive north of Agadir to the charming Banana Village, where we will take a short break to relax and enjoy a traditional Moroccan mint tea.

Stage 3: Drive to the Sand Dunes

➌ After the tea break, we will continue with an extra 10-minute drive to the breathtaking sand dunes along the Atlantic Ocean, the perfect setting for an exciting sandboarding experience.

Stage 4: Sandboarding Orientation

➍ A quick orientation will be provided for first-time sandboarders, teaching you the basics before you start sliding down the dunes at your own pace.

Stage 5: Sandboarding Experience

➎ Now it’s time to enjoy the thrill of sandboarding! Ride down the golden dunes while soaking in the stunning ocean views until you are ready to take a break.

Stage 6: Return Journey

➏ Once you have had enough fun and captured unforgettable memories, we will start the journey back to your hotel, ensuring a relaxing end to your adventure.
